Uplifting Word of The Day:

Jeremiah is a great example of how God already has a plan for us - before we are born, with every single thing about us in mind, and with love.

Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Then said I, Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord.

Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth

 -Jeremiah 1:4-9 (KJV)

So, what's the fashion share for the day? Dots and buckles in honor of being unique! My beautiful sister-in-law gave me this beautiful shirt! Although I absolutely love it, it's not something I would have normally picked out for myself in the past, as I am not attracted to polka dots; but it is a beautiful gift from God, as He has been providing for me and my transition into modesty for years. (I absolutely am not saying that ungratefully. To understand what I mean, please click here to read my blog, The Mind and Attire Connection. Explore why I have changed the way I dress.) Since this style of shirt is not usually what my eyes would be drawn to, humbly said, I made it be "my thing" with my own unique sense of style! I added a more alternative feel with a belt filled with buckles, a chill feel with some ripped white jeans, and then I "girly-girled" it back up with heals that form a heart because, well, I love... love! So, this whole look is still very me: It is random, girly but not too girly, eclectic, and most importantly, full of love! I will always be the ME God created me to be! Please, always be the YOU God created you to be!
